A nicely decorated hotel, my first choice in Oban. Spotlessly clean place, GOOD service, very attentive staff. Excellent and beautiful location near to local attractions and the best restaurants on waterfront and the beautiful Bay with large windows to look out. Well-stocked room and armchairs, a lounge, and dresser inside.

The breakfast was good hot and plentiful with maple syrup yum and had a lot of food. Its location to the ferries was best possible and top.

would consider staying here again
The double room had fine sea views of the harbour, with a tv and electric kettle. The spacious en-suite bathroom featured a walk-in shower and quality toiletries. Breakfast included freshly baked pastries and locally sourced ingredients. Mark's local tips were super helpful for sightseeing.

Fine sea views!
The room was super clean and the shower was awesome. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything you could want. There were sweet treats waiting in our room. A bit noisy from the street, but the views totally made up for it.

Staying at Barriemore was quite lovely, with a spacious and clean room that had a great sea view. Breakfast in a picnic box was enjoyable, though I missed having a welcome nip this time. Location was a bit far from town, but the stay was overall pleasant.

The Double Room featured fine sea views and a super comfy king-size bed that was perfect. The decor was tasteful and fresh, and the little details, such as complimentary sherry and local toiletries. I loved the breakfast choices available, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy.
Shower could be warmer.

Our suite was huge, and we enjoyed the beautiful sea views. We visited the local distillery and a nearby beach. Check-in was easy, and the breakfast had great options including porridge. The host was friendly and helpful!
Only downside was the single bathroom in our suite. It created a bit of a queue in the mornings which was a little inconvenient.
